How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing is 1-5 business days. USA delivery is an additional 1-5 business days. Worldwide delivery is 1-2 weeks.

 

Allergies?

My handmade products all contain coconut oil, some handmade products contain Vitamin E oil, Almond oil and/or Castor oil. Email me if you have any other questions concerning allergens.

 

Are returns accepted?

Due to sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted.

 

Can I cancel my order?

I haven't received my international order.

Sometimes orders can get stuck at customs. Since we use USPS, there is no tracking in between the Chicago Distribution Center and your country's customs center, therefore, sometimes packages take longer to arrive due to customs in your country.  Moonlight Glosses and the USPS do NOT have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. We are not responsible for custom fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges issued by the post offices i your country.
